(2.) Residency and Nationality

There are no restrictions on the nationality or residence of members of Belizean companies. It is important to remember that non-citizens are limited in their ownership of real property within Belize, and therefore owners of companies that own Belizean land must beware not to allow the foreign (to Belize) ownership exceed a majority of the company.
