(13.) Belize Company Seal

From the date of incorporation mentioned in the certificate of incorporation the body corporate known by the name in the memorandum shall have a common seal.[42]

(14.) Annual Filing in Belize

Every company is required to file an annual prospectus with the Registrar before filing the prospectus publicly. This prospectus must be signed by every director, agent, or designated director of the company.

(15.) Redomiciliation/Transfer

The Belize Companies Act contains no provision for registered companies to redomicile elsewhere.
