(11.) Registered Office

Every Belize company must maintain a registered office in Belize. The Registrar will receive notice of the situation and any change of the registered office. Failure to comply with this requirement will subject the company to a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars per day for each day of non-compliant business. [35]
