(9.) Time Requirement
There is no time requirement for the registrar to register of a company. The Memorandum and articles if any exist shall first be provided to the Attorney General, whom will certify their compliance with the Companies Act, and after receiving a fee of $500 dollars shall provide the memorandum and articles and certification to the registrar. The registrar will register the company and the date mentioned in the articles and memorandum will become the effective date of incorporation at time of registration.[33]
