Evolution of BelizeBusinessLaw.com from Thesis to Chapter to Free Resource
In 2002 through 2003, I wrote a chapter for an International Tax Law book on doing business in Belize. The chapter was comprehensive at the time of original publication. This chapter was originally designed to satisfy my thesis requirements as I covered Belize, and grew to be an addition to an Offshore Financial Center comprehensive text and was later adapted to serve in its present form as a free online resource for doing business in belize with a focus on the laws of Belize and the allowed business structures and environments of Belize.
I hold an LLM in International Taxation from St Thomas University Law School. I work as a business developer and consultant on a wide range of affairs from business organization, realignment, sales, marketing, Internet solutions, financial planning and much more. My tax law work is only an aspect of my experience and education. I am not an attorney but I am an accountant.
